About the workshop

This course provides participants with a framework within which to develop an employee orientation programs tailored to their particular organization and target staff needs. This course requires a trainer that is comfortable and skilled at facilitating a great deal of individual and group work.

Develop an orientation plan to efficiently meet new hire requirements
Understand how and why you should include current employees in the orientation process
Discover methods to assess the effectiveness of your orientation plan

Anyone directly or indirectly responsible for welcoming and orienting new hires will benefit from the practical focus of this workshop.
