Key Phases in our
Consulting Process
Exploration Phase Conduct initial problem exploration, including
discovery process of important information about key stakeholders and
potentially related issues. Determine whether to proceed with the work.
Establish an agreed upon framework for managing the client / consultant
work, and working relationship.
Mining Phase
Use appropriate tools and
techniques to collect accurate and complete information about existing
or pending problems. Report data findings to client.
Preferred Future Phase
Offer options and corresponding
systemic effects, with a view to optimizing performance improvement in
the workplace. Help client critically judge possible solutions. Work
collaboratively with client to finalize a plan of action that includes
concrete, realistic, achievable, cost effective, and manageable overall
goals and objectives from which outcomes can be measured.
Implementation Phase
Implement or facilitate the
client's ability to implement the action plan.
Support Phase
Evaluate for sustainable
improvement and oversee action plan and implementation alterations as
required.
Closing Phase
Provide feedback to client on
progress to date; transfer responsibility for continuing progress to the
client. In collaboration with client, clarify and agree on conditions of
after-care.
